This is a full time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Activation Brand Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Activation Brand Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing, packaging and communication channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, and traditional).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful creative content.
- Oversee product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Lead & manage retailer marketing campaigns to maximize awareness and sales
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Design, Sales, Packaging, Photography and E-commerce teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Provide strategic input on product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
- Masterbrand Partnership
- Partner with Nestle to develop & execute Masterbrand programs
- Navigate various programs and lead ideation where relevant
- Analytics & Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on brand health and marketing effectiveness.
- Optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Team Leadership
- Ability to lead a team with a positive mindset
- Coach & mentor junior team members
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects at one time
- Ability to drive business results in a crowded, competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven success in managing brand campaigns and driving measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, market research, and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of paid media and analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Budget ownership
- Ability to comfortably work with legal departments to ensure brand proprietary elements are being protected
- Retail marketing plans
- Experience in CPG, retail, or fashion/apparel industries.
- Proficiency with analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional or direct reports.
