This is a full time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.

Who We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Retail Analyst to support our retail business through actionable insights, reporting, and forecasting. This role will analyze sales, inventory, and POS data to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and inform decisions that drive growth and profitability. A strong understanding of retail analytics, planning processes, and data tools is essential to success in this role. The Retail Analyst will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and planning teams to ensure alignment on inventory, modular performance, and financial goals. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Retail Strategy & Insights.

What You'll Do:

Insights & Reporting

  • Leverage retail data platforms such as Retail Link and Scintilla to deliver clear, actionable insights on sales, inventory, and item performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports that summarize category trends, promotional performance, and business drivers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics including sell-through, in-stock rates, and inventory turns.
  • Present findings and recommendations
Forecasting & Planning
  • Support seasonal and in-line forecasting by analyzing historical trends, item-level performance, and demand patterns.
  • Collaborate with account, planning, and operations teams to maintain accurate forecasts and improve inventory flow.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize sales, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, demand planning, and marketing teams to support modular planning, new item launches, and promotional analysis.
  • Deliver timely data and insights to inform line reviews and business planning meetings.
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions by providing clear, data-driven perspectives.
Tools & Technology
  • Utilize Excel and retail analytics tools such as Retail Link, SAP, and Scintilla to support reporting and analysis.
  • Stay current on emerging tools and best practices in retail analytics to improve efficiency and insights.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail analytics, planning, or forecasting—preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data visualization).
  • Experience with retail reporting systems (e.g., Retail Link, Scintilla, SAP, or other).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
